Agent contacts Take Five when a listing is signed. You confirm shoot date — ideally 1–2 weeks before the property goes live on Trade Me. Send a simple intake form: property address, key features, target buyer, open home dates.

Shoot Day

Pablo shoots property walkthrough, B-roll of spaces, teaser clip, agent-to-camera (optional), neighbourhood lifestyle shots. 2–3 hour session on site. One day, everything captured.

Day 3–7

Edit & Package

Edit all assets: teaser reel, main social reel, full property video, sold reel template, carousel images. Write all captions (hook + body + CTA). Compile into a Notion or Google Drive content pack — one folder, clearly labelled by week.

Deliver Content Pack to Agent

Share the link. Include a simple one-page posting schedule: what to post, when, which caption to use. Agent can post themselves OR hand it to their PA. No guesswork.
